TALMA AUCTION

With over thirty years experience, the Talma Stud has become a mainstay of Selle Français breeding. Based in Champagne Ardenne, in Eastern France, veterinarian Michel Guiot has created a unique breeding programme from the most renowned damlines, bred with the best genetics.
This year, the Talma Stud is offering an exceptional auction offering a whole generation of three-year-olds alongside a selection of in-foal broodmares from the best marelines, and also some of the best foals born at the beginning of the season. Through this auction Talma Stud is giving breeders the chance to purchase the best of genetics from the bloodlines of Cor de la Bryère, Rahotep de Toscane and also Itot du Château. 
“In every generation, 20 to 25% of our offspring jump to at least 1.50m level, and by offering this auction we would like to give people the chance to buy the stars of tomorrow. All of our special bloodlines are expressed within their progenies across several generations. By offering an entire generation for sale, we hope to interest buyers not only for top-level competition, but also for discerning breeders looking for an outstanding broodmare. Alongside this, we hope riders of a more amateur level will also be interested, especially as our lines have blood, but are characterised above all by a desire to do well.
