Young genetics created in Talma, crossing the best in French genetics. His grandam QUARELA DE TOSCANE and his great-grandam KARLA DE TOSCANE both jumped at the highest level while his sire, NORTON D’EOLE, jumped at Grand Prix level and is a direct son of FRAGANCE DE CHALUS. His grandsire OPIUM DE TALMA provides the bloodline of MIDINETTE DEUX. Finalist in Fontainebleau from his four-year-old to his seven-year-old years, he is now jumping Grand Prix with Gregory WATHELET.

Already mother of the licensed stallion ELDIN D’ASSCHAUT, VAN R is out of a rich bloodline of horses that have competed at the highest level. She is a uterine sister of the stallion LEONARDO, her grandam is also the dam of Grand Prix horses including the stallion JABOT,  ATTILA and also BAARLO.
